We hand selected this Syrah as a vineyard select release. This wine has an impressive full body and complexity. Elements of spice on the nose and cassis flavors. The tannin structure holds the complexity through the entire palette. After a steady and somewhat lengthy fermentation, this Syrah spent 11-months in 50% new French oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered.

This wine has a tight palette of dates, tobacco, black cherry, and a spicy nose. A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Aged for 18-months in 50% new French oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 300-cases produced.

Earthy Syrah aromas with a big, but soft structure and a burnt caramel taste on the front of the palette. The flavors follow all the way to the end with a nice spice finish. This Syrah was cold soaked a few days longer than normal to bring out the earthy aromas and flavors. We gave it 11-months in 50% new French oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered.

Chosen as our vineyard select for a second year, this wine has an intense color with a unique full body and complexity. The wine has a spicy and earthy nose, with a palate of ripe currant, black cherry, licorice and cedar flavors. These elements, and the rich tannin structure, give a full palate appreciation. This 100% Syrah was aged for 11-months in 1/3 new French oak before bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 150-cases produced.

A richly structured Tempranillo with a bewitching garnet color. Features appealing spicy cherry, cedar, almond shell, pomegranate, cinnamon, and toast with butter flavors that linger against a pleasant tannin structure. This Tempranillo was harvested October 2007. Barrel application was 1/3 new French oak, 1/3 new American oak, and 1/3 neutral. Aged for 25-months before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 75-cases produced.

A Bordeaux blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot, and 3% Malbec. This is a well sculpted wine showing an excellent tannin and acid structure, with a rich palate of anise, five spice, raspberries, and orange peel. This Bordeaux was cold soaked before fermentation and aged for 19-months in 40% new French oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 250-cases produced.

Designed as fresh and crisp, this wine features floral, citrus, spearmint, and mineral aromas with a palate of crisp granny smith apples, honey, pear, and tangerine. This is a vibrant and pleasantly balanced wine with high acid and a creamy mouth feel. The Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon were pressed and co-fermented. The wine was immediately racked and cold stabilized leaving 0.5% residual sugar. Sterile filtering occurred as the wine went into bottle. 150-cases produced.

A luscious and lip-smacking 100% Cabernet Franc from the Columbia Valley. Dark and juicy, offering a lively mouthful of black fruit, plum, and a hint of clove. Aged for 2-years in 1/3 second-time use oak and 2/3 neutral oak. This wine is unfiltered with 75-cases produced.

A richly structured 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley. This wine displays refined tannins with supple and layered flavors of earth, currant, orange, licorice, and a lingering spicy finish. Aged for 2-years, barrel application consisted of 50% new oak and 50% neutral oak. This wine is unfiltered with 150-cases produced.

A succulent and layered 100% Merlot with notes of ripe currant, blackberry, and rich cedar. This Walla Walla Valley Merlot has deep and intense flavors of dates and spicy cherry that linger against a pleasant tannin structure. Barrel application was entirely neutral oak for 30-months. This wine is unfiltered with 125-cases produced.

A beautifully layered Rhone style Syrah. Features elements of earth, blackberry, cherry, and a subtle spice that offers complexity to this firm and richly colored 100% Syrah from the Walla Walla Valley. Aged for 2-years in 40% new oak. This wine is unfiltered with 250-cases produced.

A Bordeaux blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Malbec, and 30% Merlot. This wine exudes rich notes of ripe black fruit, cinnamon, and rose petals with a well sculpted and velvety palate of blackberry, cloves, and cognac. This Bordeaux was aged for two and a half years in primarily neutral French and American oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 175-cases produced.

Designed as fresh and crisp, this wine features floral, citrus, and mineral aromas with a palate of pear, crisp apples and honey. This is a vibrant and pleasantly balanced wine with a creamy mouth feel. The Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon were pressed, co-fermented and immediately racked and cold stabilized leaving 1% residual sugar. Sterile filtering occurred as the wine went into bottle. 260-cases produced.

A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley. This wine displays depth and intensity with white pepper and black fruit flavors. Hints of tarragon, roasted meat, and chili are lingering elements. This is a serious mouthful with vibrant acidity. Aged for 2 1/2 years in 30% new American oak. This wine is unfiltered with 175-cases produced.

A Bordeaux-Style blend of 50% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Malbec. This is a fleshy and concentrated wine that exudes a dark flavor profile of blackberry, cassis, plum, and cherry tobacco backed with crushed pepper and rosemary. This Bordeaux was aged for two and a half years in French oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 125-cases produced.

This is a powerful Syrah loaded with black fruit and spicy elements. Rich and savory with blueberries, plum, wood components, and a fragrant exotic spice laced with a delightful tannin structure. Aged for 20-months in 45% new French and American oak. This is an unfiltered wine with 140-cases.

100% Walla Walla Valley Merlot. A spicy and vibrant mouthful of juicy black cherry, red currant, espresso, and silky blackberry flavors that linger with a graceful, delicate, and expressive finish of firm tannins. Barrel application was 90% French oak for 2 1/2-years before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 170-cases produced.

A Bordeaux–style blend of 45% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Malbec from the Walla Walla Valley. This wine exudes notes of wet earth, black fruit, and spice with a well sculpted palate of red fruit and rose petals that linger with refinement. Aged for 2½ years in neutral French oak. This wine is unfiltered with 225-cases produced.

A blend of 85% Syrah and 15% Merlot from the Walla Walla Valley. Expressing smoky aromas with a lively, bright, and refined flavor profile of raspberry, red plum, black tea, and crisp tannins. This wine offers intensity without weight. Aged for 2-years in neutral French oak. This wine is unfiltered with 75-cases.

A 100% Tempranillo. This wine offers fleshy black fruit and expressive aromas of licorice, dried cherry, cinnamon, and rose petals. A generous and lush palate of blackberry, cloves, and cognac with chewy tannins pushing through on the finish. Aged for 2½ years in neutral French oak. This wine is unfiltered with 50-cases produced.

This is a vibrant and pleasantly balanced wine. The 80% Sémillon and 20% Viognier were pressed, fermented, racked, and cold stabilized leaving 0.5% residual sugar. This Rosé wine is completely dry and infused with intense berry and tangy rhubarb flavors. Our Rosé is a blend of Syrah, Malbec, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was crafted using the Saigne method, fermented in small lots, and blended into a single tank. Sterile filtering occurred at bottling. This is a small lot of 45-cases.

This 100% Syrah from the Walla Walla Valley is expressive and loaded with depth. Showcasing a spicy and rich palate of black fruit, cherry, toffee and meaty elements. Aged for 28-months in French oak. A small lot release of just 65-cases.

A blend of 57% Merlot, 29% Malbec, and 14% Cabernet Sauvignon. Sourced in the Walla Walla Valley from Dwelley and Spofford vineyards. You will be enveloped in pure cherry, blackberry, and spice aromas with a lingering finish of chocolate, coffee, and tightly knit tannins. Aged 28-months in French oak with 162-cases produced.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley. This wine is vibrant and expressive with red pepper, roasted meat, and spice backed with crisp black fruit flavors and hints of fennel and smoke. Aged 28-months in 50% new French oak with 100-cases produced.

A dry, Spanish varietal, exuding mineral, subtle spice, and tropical aromas. Lush elements of apricot, honeydew, pineapple, and star fruit engulf the palate. Estate grown exclusively for Adamant Cellars, this 100% Albariño was pressed, fermented, racked, and cold stabilized. Sterile filtering occurred as the wine went into bottle. A lively, fresh and crisp wine featuring orange blossom, pineapple, and mineral aromas with a palate of peach, cantaloupe, tropical fruits, meyer lemons, and creamy honey. This is a vibrant and pleasantly balanced wine. This blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Sémillon were pressed, co-fermented, racked, and cold stabilized leaving 0.5% residual sugar. Sterile filtering occurred as the wine went into bottle. 300-cases produced.

This Rosé wine is completely dry and infused with intense strawberry, mingled with subtle mint and eucalyptus flavors with a nectar finish. Our Rosé is 100% Tempranillo from the Walla Walla Valley. The wine was crafted using the Saigne method and fermented in stainless steel tank. Sterile filtering occurred at bottling. This is a small lot of 85-cases.

A Bordeaux–style blend 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot from the Walla Walla Valley. A savory and vibrant wine with notes of spice, crushed mineral, black cherry, and caramel. A lingering finish of seared meat with ripe red and black fruit at the core. Aged for 24-months in mature French oak with 100-cases produced.

A 100% Tempranillo that is deliciously rich, complex, and layered. This wine offers fleshy black fruit and expressive aromas of spice, orange peel, dried cherry, and floral. A generous and lush palate of dark fruit, cloves, and cognac with appropriate density pushing through on the finish. Aged for 2-years in 80% neutral French oak and 20% new French oak. 100-cases produced.

Our non-vintage sparkling Tempranillo Rosé was crafted in the traditional method from early harvested Walla Walla Valley grapes. Crisp with rich layers, and loaded with tiny bubbles. The palate features ripe strawberries, pear, and nut flavors. This sparkling has a lively nose of floral and sultry musk aromas. This unique sparkling is a small lot production of just 400-1.5 liter bottles. Harvested early to capture the appropriate acid structure and aged for 2.5-years in neutral French oak. This brut rosé was hand bottled in glass shipped from France and given a secondary yeast application for another year before yeast disgorgement and corking.

100% Walla Walla Valley Syrah. A saturated nose and palate of toffee, smoky caramel, bright raspberry, and cherry all entwined with wet earth, mocha, and a cherry pie finish. This small lot release of 150-cases aged for 2-years in barrel.

This 100% Walla Walla Valley Merlot shows layers of warm, wet stone, tea and blood orange, with a toasty and supple texture that finishes among Thai peppers and spicy tannins. Harvested October 2014, this small lot release of 110-cases from Dwelley vineyard was aged 2-years in 30% new French oak.

100% Walla Walla Valley Syrah. Expressive in style with red plum, black cherry and sleek black tea aromas. The plum pulls through on the palate with black fruit, raspberry, espresso, spice and a focused core of lively tannins and a punch of bright acidity. Aged for 24-months in 20% new French oak with five months in bottle prior to release. 135-cases produced.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley is beautifully integrated. Giving aromas of black currant, caramel, and a savory quality entwined with roasted chilies. Hearty ripe black fruit flavors, graphite, peppercorn, black olive, tarragon, with a length of spice and interest.  Aged 2-years in 20% new French oak with 140-cases produced.

A blend of 40% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot, and 10% Merlot from the Walla Walla Valley. A satisfying nose of blackberry, currant, and plum preserves on warm toast meld easily with hints of tobacco, anise and slate. Dried rose, black tea, orange zest, and dark chocolate add length to the finish of this well-built blend. Aged 2-years in 30% new French oak with five months in bottle prior to release. 220-cases produced.

A crisp bone-dry and finely-structured white wine.  The nose features subtle minerality, melon, and pear.  The palate has overtones of lemon meringue, dried apricot, and herbal flavors. Well balanced by fresh acidity. Aged in stainless steel tanks with 65-cases

A 100% Barbera Rosé, this wine is completely dry & infused with Bing cherry, strawberry, soft mint, & melon flavors with an intriguing herbal quality and a peppery finish. The Barbera was crushed and left on the skins for a substantial time prior to pressing. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tank with sterile filtering at bottling. Exceedingly small lot of 23-cases.

This 100% Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon has elegance and structure with blackberry, espresso, currant, and tea flavors. Harmonious with a finish of stony minerality and polished tannins. Harvested October 2015, and aged 2-years in 25% new French oak. Small-production gem of 110-cases.

A blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Sémillon from the Walla Walla Valley.  Features tiers of soft tropical fruit aromas including star fruit and pineapple. Crisp, off-dry and zesty with guava, pear, melon, honeysuckle, and lime.  The varietals were pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel tank. Racking, cold stabilization, and sterile filtering occurred before bottling of the 110-cases.

100% Walla Walla Valley Syrah. Aromas of fresh baked huckleberry, blueberry, and blackberry crostata. Molasses, cinnamon, raspberry, book ink, and black pepper round out the nose. The rich black fruit pulls through on the palate with a bright and fresh acidity laced with cognac and caramel flavors. Aged for 2-years in 25% new French oak. 150-cases produced.

100% Cabernet Franc. Giving aromas of lilac that entwine with minerality, raspberry, a rich caramel, black cherry, licorice and tea. Ripe black fruit flavors are integrated with cognac, tar and caramel. The finish has a length of fruit and spice. Aged for 2-years in mature French oak. 50 cases produced. Savor this little gem with someone special.

This 100% Walla Walla Valley Tempranillo has aromas and flavors of black currant, spicy elements, with blackberry, pencil lead, and sweet tobacco. Pure, structured, and focused. Harvested October 2016, and aged 2-years in 25% new French oak. Small-production gem of 70-cases.

This is a supple, well-built and potent 100% Malbec. Rich pepper notes are accented by dark plum, black cherry, licorice and tar flavors. Pure and structured with a finish of dried green herb, dried currant, and oak spice. Harvested October 2016, and aged 2-years in 25% new French oak. Small-production gem of 100-cases.

This 100%, Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is deeply colored and enticing with aromas of ripe black fruit, baking spice and peppercorn. Rich and savory flavors rush the palate with currant, bright plum, graphite, and minerality. Texture enhancing tannins frame the fruit and crushed rock finish. Harvested October 2016, and aged 2 1/2-years in 25% new French oak. Bottle aged for 1 1/2-years. 100-cases produced.

A Bright and lovely rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot from the Walla Walla Valley. This wine has notes of strawberry pie and cherry blow-pop with a herbaceous foundation. The palate is infused with black currant, peach skin, and black cherry flavors with a fresh and intriguing soft mint and nectar finish. Balanced with a punch of bright acidity and 0.8 residual sugar. The Cabernet Sauvignon was crushed and left on the skins for a day prior to pressing. The Saigne method was used to extract the Syrah and Merlot juice. Co-fermentation occurred in tank with sterile filtering at bottling. 60-cases produced.

This 100% Walla Walla Valley Albariño is crisp and bone-dry. Showing a brilliant lemon-gold color, intriguing aromas of pear, apple, melon, grapefruit, white lilac, jasmine, and wet stone. The flavors are crisp and precise. White fruits are accented by notes of grape and pear skins, herbal tea and mineral. A bright fruit acid, melon rind, grapefruit zest and persistent minerality reverberates on the crisp finish. Harvested Early September and fermented in stainless steel tank to lend a clean, pure and round texture. Small-production gem of 60-cases.

A traditional method sparkling of 100% Chardonnay from French Creek vineyard in the Columbia Valley. Baking spices, citrus blossoms, lemon crème brûlée, peach, and lavender are some of the delightful characteristics of this lip-smacking wine. Harvested September 2017, and given a secondary yeast application for two years before disgorgement and corking. Small-production gem of 90-cases.

100% Walla Walla Valley Merlot. Complex and polished with blueberry, black olive, sweet tobacco and dried cranberry, aromas. Elegant with black cherry, subtle toffee and spice flavors, mingle with deep tannins. Harvested October 2017, and aged 2-years in 25% new French oak. Bottle aged for 1-year. 125-cases produced.

Our 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Dwelley Vineyard, is showing terrific balance and length. Currant and cherry flavors are flanked by tobacco, a spicy finish and ample tannins that provide structure along the way. Aged 3.5-years in 30% new French oak with 125-cases produced.

This 100% Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Franc is a head turner. Rich and concentrated with red cherry, cedar, sandalwood, and baked black fruits. An enveloping palate of buttery crusted warm berry cobbler and dates are enhanced by a zippy mid palate. Backed with spice, toasted oak and a black pepper finish. Aged three years in 35% new French oak with 85-cases produced.

A blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon. Features aromatic tiers of ripe tropical fruit and honeysuckle. Off-dry, crisp and zippy with a pleasant pear, melon, and honey palate. The varietals were pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel tank. Racking, cold stabilization, and sterile filtering occurred before bottling of the 95-cases.

This thirst-quenching, 100% Walla Walla Valley Albariño is crisp and off-dry. The nose features granny smith apple, pear, melon, lemon zest, and charred fruit wood. The palate is well rounded and soft with flavors of wet stone, pear, kiwi, lemon, and sweet pea. Harvested September 2018, and fermented in stainless steel tank to lend a clean, pure and round texture. 160-cases produced.

A super refreshing and dry Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé from the Walla Walla Valley. Giving notes of mixed berries, and a lovely herbaceous element. Crisp watermelon rind and bright strawberries infuse the palate with a hint of spritz and spice. The Cabernet Sauvignon was crushed and left on the skins for a nanosecond prior to pressing. Fermentation occurred in tank with sterile filtering at bottling. 90-cases produced.

A Bordeaux-style blend is comprised of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot. The Petit Verdot, while being the lowest percentage, pushes through with pencil shavings, leather and violet. This will be a stunner with time in the cellar, as it exudes bright cherry, plum and tobacco with vibrant acidity and refined tannins. Aged 2.5-years in 35% new French oak with 110-cases produced.

This 100% Walla Walla Valley Syrah is BIG and brambly with notes of cassis, black cherry and a warm, earthy summer rain. The palate is silky, laced with black currant and violet. The wine firms up with a vibrant finish and a lingering minerality. Aged two years in 20% new French oak and 15% new American oak. 135-cases produced.

Our 100% Tempranillo is loaded with aromas of black fruits cocoa and toffee. The palate is mouth-coating with dates, currant and black fruit leading to a refreshing acidity and a supple herbaceous finish framed by fine grain tannins.

A dry Cabernet Sauvignon rose from the Walla Walla Valley. Loaded with aromatics of Bing cherry, strawberry and a lovely herbaceous element. Refreshing with mixed berries, watermelon rind and a spicy finish. The Cabernet Sauvignon was crushed and left on the skins for 20-hours prior to pressing. Fermentation occurred in tank with sterile filtering at bottling. 100-cases produced.

This 100% Walla Walla Valley Albariño reminds us of a happy summer day full of sunshine. It is bone-dry and dynamic with a nose of pineapple, tangerine, soft citrus, and wet stone. The palate explodes with bright tropical flavors, pear, lemon, and a spicy finish. Fermented in stainless steel tank to lend a clean, crisp and pure texture. 60-cases produced.

This 100% Syrah was aged for 2.5-years in 25% new American oak. Impressive layers of blueberry, intriguing hints of leather, huckleberry and chocolate possess this dark and luscious wine with medium grained tannins. 95-cases produced.

Our 100% is loaded with aromas of black fruits cocoa and toffee. The palate has a lovely texture, packed with currant, cherry and a hint of anise with a herb-lined finish. A supple acidity brings it all together with good focus and energy. Aged 2.5-years in 25% new French oak with 165-cases produced.

Our first ever bottling as a single varietal and boy does it warrant the attention. Bold and plump, with brooding blackberry, raspberry and violet that fan out on the plush finish with a hint of licorice and bay leaf flavors. Aged 2.5-years in 25% new French oak. 75-cases produced.

100% Cabernet Franc gloriously structed, this wine features plump black fruits, accents of grilled meat, with a smooth tannin and peppery finish. Aged 2.5-years in 30% new French oak. 67-cases produced.

A lovely sparkling wine crafted in the traditional method. A fresh and bright bubbly with floral, herbaceous and tropical elements entwined with a creamy edge that pairs nicely with seafood. Serve well chilled. A small lot production of 85-cases, aged in stainless steel tank and disgorged in October 2022.

100% Counoise from LeTendre vineyard is fresh with wild strawberries, raspberries and watermelon rind. A refreshing acidity supports the beautiful berry and peppery finish.

100% Cabernet Franc. Bold, structured and refined with deep notes of blackberry and raspberry flavors laced with orange peel and cracked pepper.
