    Spofford Station Syrah Walla Walla Valley
    We hand selected this Syrah as a vineyard select release. This wine has an impressive full body and complexity. Elements of spice on the nose and cassis flavors. The tannin structure holds the complexity through the entire palette. After a steady and somewhat lengthy fermentation, this Syrah spent 11-months in 50% new French oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered.

    This wine has a tight palette of dates, tobacco, black cherry, and a spicy nose. A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Aged for 18-months in 50% new French oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 300-cases produced.

    Syrah Walla Walla Valley
    Earthy Syrah aromas with a big, but soft structure and a burnt caramel taste on the front of the palette. The flavors follow all the way to the end with a nice spice finish. This Syrah was cold soaked a few days longer than normal to bring out the earthy aromas and flavors. We gave it 11-months in 50% new French oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered.

    Chosen as our vineyard select for a second year, this wine has an intense color with a unique full body and complexity. The wine has a spicy and earthy nose, with a palate of ripe currant, black cherry, licorice and cedar flavors. These elements, and the rich tannin structure, give a full palate appreciation. This 100% Syrah was aged for 11-months in 1/3 new French oak before bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 150-cases produced.

    Tempranillo Walla Walla Valley
    A richly structured Tempranillo with a bewitching garnet color. Features appealing spicy cherry, cedar, almond shell, pomegranate, cinnamon, and toast with butter flavors that linger against a pleasant tannin structure. This Tempranillo was harvested October 2007. Barrel application was 1/3 new French oak, 1/3 new American oak, and 1/3 neutral. Aged for 25-months before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 75-cases produced.

    Nalin, Bordeaux-Style blend Columbia Valley
    A Bordeaux blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot, and 3% Malbec. This is a well sculpted wine showing an excellent tannin and acid structure, with a rich palate of anise, five spice, raspberries, and orange peel. This Bordeaux was cold soaked before fermentation and aged for 19-months in 40% new French oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfiltered with 250-cases produced.

    Bliss, Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon Blend Columbia Valley
    Designed as fresh and crisp, this wine features floral, citrus, spearmint, and mineral aromas with a palate of crisp granny smith apples, honey, pear, and tangerine. This is a vibrant and pleasantly balanced wine with high acid and a creamy mouth feel. The Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon were pressed and co-fermented. The wine was immediately racked and cold stabilized leaving 0.5% residual sugar. Sterile filtering occurred as the wine went into bottle. 150-cases produced.

The Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon were pressed, co-fermented and immediately racked and cold stabilized leaving 1% residual sugar. Sterile filtering occurred as the wine went into bottle. 260-cases produced.

    Scintillate, Non-Vintage Sparkling Tempranillo Rosé Walla Walla Valley
    Our non-vintage sparkling Tempranillo Rosé was crafted in the traditional method from early harvested Walla Walla Valley grapes. Crisp with rich layers, and loaded with tiny bubbles. The palate features ripe strawberries, pear, and nut flavors. This sparkling has a lively nose of floral and sultry musk aromas. This unique sparkling is a small lot production of just 400-1.5 liter bottles. Harvested early to capture the appropriate acid structure and aged for 2.5-years in neutral French oak. This brut rosé was hand bottled in glass shipped from France and given a secondary yeast application for another year before yeast disgorgement and corking.
