Adamant Cellars’ uncompromised winemaking style retains varietal & vintage integrity yielding balanced & approachable wines. For outstanding wines of supple quality, our creation process naturally captures the essence of select grapes & the Walla Walla Valley terroir.
Dwelley Vineyard — This 20-acre vineyard in Walla Walla is one source for our sought-after Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Philips Vineyard — Estate grown for Adamant Cellars. This vineyard was planted in 2008 with two outstanding Spanish varietals: Tempranillo & Albariño.
Les Collines — Located in the foothills of the Blue Mountains. It is a source for the Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, & Syrah grapes in our wines.
Minnick Hills Vineyard — Located just northeast of Walla Walla at an elevation of 1150 ft. It is a perfect source for our Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.
Knox Road Vineyard — Located just west of Red Mountain AVA this vineyard is where we source the delicious Counoise grape used in our Rose and soon, a light body red wine.

Adamant Cellars' tasting room & winery is located in the Walla Walla airport region. This area garners a fascinating piece of WWII history, as being the training grounds to the distinguished 91st Heavy Bombardment group. We renovated the one-time mess hall & adjoining aircraft maintenance building for our facilities.
On US-12 East, exit right for Airport toward Port of Walla Walla. Turn left on Airport Road and keep straight onto A Street. Turn right on Cessna Avenue. Stay on Cessna until you reach our tasting room on the left.
